Pony Xpress is a FedEx Ground Independent Contractor with locations in the Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland, Ohio areas.

We are looking for drivers with 1 year of relevant driving experience. Which includes, but not limited to :
- Step-vans
- Box trucks
- Cargo vans
- Sprinter vans
Delivery Driver Basic Requirements
- Must be able to pass a Background Check
- Must be able to pass a Drug Screen
- Must be able to pass a DOT Physical to obtain a DOT Card or already have one
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- Valid driver's license
- 21 years old
Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
- Use hand-held device for routing and customer delivery information.
- Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
- Load and unload packages to be delivered into and out of your vehicle
- Lift, load, and deliver packages up to 150 lbs (dolly is provided)
Compensation
- Step Van & Box Truck Drivers - $175 / day (no hourly rate)
- Performance incentives for all drivers (perform well higher earning POTENTIAL)
- All drivers are paid bi-weekly
- W2 position

Other Details
- No CDL required
- One weekend day is required for all drivers
- All shifts start at 8 : 00 A.M.
- All routes are designed to take anywhere from 8-12 hours. There is no designated time for the end of each shift.
